1. Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your Bondies order. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for exchange, the item must be:

·       Unused and unworn

·       In its original packaging

·       With all tags and labels attached

·       In the same condition as received

·       Accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, baby feeding products, bibs, blankets, bottles, and personal baby essentials cannot be exchanged once opened or used, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and order details.

 

2. Return Policy

Due to the nature of baby products and for hygiene and safety reasons, returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. The product must remain unused and in its original packaging until the request is reviewed.

Once the return request is approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.
