Bondies provides baby and child essentials through our online store. By using our website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products

We do our best to display product colors, sizes, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may appear due to screen settings, photography, or product batches.

3. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. Bondies reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if the product is unavailable, payment is not completed, or incorrect information is provided.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals. Prices may change without prior notice. Any confirmed order will be processed based on the price shown at the time of purchase.

5. Payment

Orders must be paid through the available payment methods on our website. Bondies does not store your card information.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery times may vary depending on the city and shipping provider.

7. Exchange Policy

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order. Products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. For hygiene and safety reasons, some baby products cannot be exchanged once opened or used.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns or refunds are only accepted if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. The customer must contact Bondies within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

9. Product Use

Bondies products must be used under adult supervision and according to their intended purpose. Bondies is not responsible for misuse, improper care, or damage caused after delivery.

10. Website Content

All website content, including text, images, logo, and designs, belongs to Bondies and may not be copied, reused, or reproduced without permission.
